The new contract includes salary increases of 1.5 per cent in the first and second year of the contract and two per cent of third- and fourth-year increases. The school district will see savings as a result of the new agreement. There are changes to the basic health care program and the prescription of administrators that will save the borough money each year on the four-year contract. Administrators are now participating in a high-level, self-evident/ integrated, high-choice health care program. The Avon Grove School Board has approved a new four-year agreement with district administrators. The pact was adopted by 8 votes to 0. For anyone interested in commenting to the entire board of directors, the district has recently implemented a Gruppen-E-Mail-agschoolbd@avongrove.org that will reach all nine at once. Feedback and feedback from the community is always appreciated! “We are pleased to have reached an agreement of mutual benefit to both the county and its administrators,” Wolff said. “Our administrators do an excellent job in managing and managing our schools.” On average, the wage increases in the new agreement and the increases in the cost of pensions imposed by the State will be 2.9% per year during the four-year contract.

The office convened a special meeting for Monday, November 2 at 6:30 a.m. to discuss metrics and re-opening plans. The Board of Directors expressed a desire to review the most up-to-date COVID data, including information from CCHD, CDC, CHOP Policy Lab (and possibly other sources) and audits of reopening plans. There is also an item on the agenda for legislation. go.boarddocs.com/pa/avongrove/Board.nsf/Public public notice may be submitted at agsdpubcomment@avongrove.org until 4:30 a.m. on the day of the meeting. www.avongrove.org/…/directo…/covid-19-communications Wolff added that the new agreement included salary ranges for each position, based on a comprehensive analysis that was concluded in the fall of 2015. The agreement also allows directors to earn bonuses on the basis of “deserving benefits” in the second, third and fourth year of the agreement. We are still waiting for PennDot`s Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP), but the basic agreement for these authorizations is in place.
